  The hotel is clean and comfortable. We did not get he room we payed for, but a lesser room and when we asked to be changed we were told they were fully booked (even though they still had rooms on their website). The women at reception was exceptionally rude. Don't work in the hospitality industry if you can't at least pretend to be happy to see guests.

  I really loved this hotel. Easily the best hotel - by far - from the six we stayed in on vacation. Loved the rooms, sizes, beds, decor, solid wood, decorative granite and marble finishes throughout the hotel. Three lobby was beautiful as were the grounds, especially the chapel on the grounds.

  The hotel Los Abetos is a 4 star hotel with the service of a full 5 stars. It is situated in an elevated area which makes it the best hotel in town for the favorable views. Its dedication from the employees is great and everyone is treating you well and fair. My family loved it so much we extended the visit 3 extra days. The free transportation to town is great and I recommend to take the breakfast, an ample buffet style with some local cuisine, including cold cuts, hot foods, desserts, and non alcoholic drinks. Surely this will be the hotel I will take next year for my family's summer vacation. One con: I was dissatisfied with the pool, first it is not climatized and non locals see the water as freezing cold and the time I was there the pool bar wasn't opened -thus I think management needs to work on this issue. Also the hotel could provide a map with: a route to visit the most important places in Santiago and a few places to eat like locals such as the "dieciséis" (see review). I'll upload other pictures, this place deserves a five star rating. Thank you for the good work and keep families happy like mine.

  The location is not in a prime spot but it is near enough to the centre of Santiago. There is a shuttle service every hour from and to the hotel so you don't have to go around for ages in search for a parking spot. It offers a great value for money and the breakfast is complete and generous. As a plus you can park your car right by the front door of your room.

  The service was excellent. Octopus was delicious. It's a family place. I nice to stay here
