  Understaffed at pick up meant a wait of over an hour and we were half way along the queue! I was charged for sand in the car...it started at €80 then dropped to €60 before finally €30. Seems crazy to have a charge for getting dirt in the car - this should be built in to the cost.

  Also they tried to refund me €150 less than my deposit "by mistake". I only noticed as I read all the small print whilst I had a pen waved in my face and was asked to sign, sign, sign. Would have been easy not to spot it then have a long and protracted argument when my statement came through!

  They are thieves, beware! in June I rented a car and returned it with full of fuel. In addition to the 24 euro tax (?) provided by the fuel policy, they cut me off twice 49.34 euros of the full fuel. I called them several times and sent many emails with my bank statement, but I have not had any answer and refund.Thieves!

  We hired a car for a week. They are off site from the Santiago airport but the pick-up and return went smoothly and helps them offer a more competitive rate. Team were warm and friendly. Would use them again.
