  First time we used Enterprise, but we were pleasantly surprised by their service. The lady who helped us (Sonia) welcomed us very nicely, explained extra insurance and prices very clearly and acted very professional. She walked us to the car and checked for damages together with us. Despite my own risk of 1050 euros, they only charged my creditcard with a deposit of 250. We left the car at the airport of SCQ early and left the keys in the dropbox, which always feels a bit uneasy as for damages, but the next day my 250 deposit was returned onto my creditcard. For sure I would consider them again next time.

  Fatal. Después de un alquiler de mes y medio de una furgoneta y de devolverla limpia y aspirada me reclaman (mediante amenazas) 40 € de limpieza.

  The rental price was the best in town and the deposit amount was the most reasonable. The franchise, however, is larger though when compared to competitors. The deposit was returned on the next day and I didn't have any other problems neither with the car nor with the service received.
