  I specifically ordered food without oil, but when I got it I could clearly see and taste that there were used oil in the food. Also it was to salty. Positive: the place looks nice, and the service is good (except that they don't listen to requests)

  Very nice place. Have been several times for a drink with colleagues from work on the bar of the hotel. The facilities I used are all modern, clean and well looked after (Bar, reception and toilets) will certainly come back.

  Near Santiago's airport this hotel has a great chef and really talented cookers. They serve traditional Galician food with a real passion which means you will enjoy great produce and you will probably won't be able to finish the whole of it!

  Checked in and thought all was well... asked for a late check out.... the guy said no problem... we told him when we needed to be to the airport..... we got a call at 4am it was time to go to the airport.... off by 12 hrs... had dinner, it was marginal and expensive, had to pay for bread we didn’t order.... and took 45mins to get the bill after the table was cleared and the restaurant wasn’t busy.... the room was filthy dirty... carpet could have taken on a life of its own with all the stains and microbes that were living in it.... the two stars go to the shuttle service to the airport... when the time was right they were quick to come and deliver us.
