  This is a great location. Lovely ambience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is as good as it gets in Santiago. Right in the centre of the pedestrian area. Surrounded by cafés, bars, ships and key tourist attractions.

  Very nice stay, room modern and clean and the staff were excellent could not have been more helpful especially the lady on breakfast. I would definitely recommend a visit as location is perfect.

  The place is nice. location is awesome. The food is great. The people is friendly. And the city is a dream. We choose this hotel because the good reviews and we made it. It was perfect for a three days stay. If we go to Santiago again I'll go to Casa de la Troya hotel again. Without any doubt.

  The service is awesome. Breakfast is great. The place itself is lovely. The location is wonderful. There are only two things wrong with it: no vehicular access. And the Wi-Fi is utter crap.
