  Meals only as i am staying across the road. Bfast is €5 and dinner starts at 10 so quite good.

  Rude, unhelpful receptionist. We asked about the next bus into santiago and were told that they came every half hour at the bus stop up the road. After walking with our luggage to the stop, we waited for 45 minutes, gave up, walked back to the hotel, asked the receptionist to please check the schedule again for us, and were told that it was our fault for waiting at the first bus stop up the road instead of the third one (even though she hadn't mentioned it not being the third stop up the road, and it would have been a half an hour walk to the third stop). We ended up spending an extra three hours between waiting at the wrong stop, waiting for a taxi, and not arriving on time for our planned bus at the station in santiago d.c., not to mention spending 10 euros extra for a taxi.

  After an incident with the room, cause by the inefficiency of the employees, the person in reception, in a loud voice and impolite tone, tried to place the fault on us and we had an unpleasant discussion.

  The rooms are not on 4 star level with humidity on the corridor wall and smell inside the room.
